Emma was married to a David Foote.  It looks like she has been sealed to both men.  I wished we had more of the story on the first marriage.  Emma and James Porter had six children.

Film M2013 page 231: Nov 1872 David left to take his wife to Sanpete to visit for the winter. David returned to Glendale sometime Jan 1873. March 1873 David received a letter from Emma's brother, Alma stating that Emma had run off with James Porter and had taken the youngest boy (George) and left oldest (Warren) with him (Alma). This was shocking news. May 1873 David got his son Warren R. at Alma's, brought him home and moved in with his parents as another family moved into David's home.
